What We Believe
Tenets of Faith

The Bible: 
We believe that the Bible is the only inspired, infallible, authoritative Word of God [2 Timothy 3:16]

The Trinity:
We believe there is one God eternally existent in three (3) manifestations: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit [Ephesians 4:4-6]

Deity of Christ:
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His substitutionary and atoning death through His precious blood, in His bodily resurrection, ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory as King of kings and Lord of lords.

New Birth:
We believe that for the salvation of the lost and sinful man, regeneration by the new birth (born of water and spirit) is absolutely essential. [John 3:5]

Ministry of The Holy Spirit:
We believe in the present-day ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the believer is empowered to live a godly and victorious life over the devil. [Acts 1:8 • James 4:7 • Acts 2:4]

Water Baptism:
We believe in water baptism by immersion in Jesus Name. [Acts 2:38]

Baptism of the Holy Spirit:
We believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. [Luke 24:$9 • Acts 2:4 • Acts 10:44-46]

Sanctification:
We believe in sanctification and a life of holiness. [Hebrews 12:14]

Spiritual Gifts:
We believe in the manifestation of all nine gifts of the Holy Spirit in the local assembly, God dividing the gifts amongst the believers severally as He wills. [1 Corinthians 12:7-11]

Divine Healing:
We believe in divine healing as taught in the Bible. [Isaiah 53:4-5 • Mathew 8:17 • 1 Peter 2:24]

Resurrection:
We believe in the resurrection of the saved and lost: The saved resurrected unto eternal life - the lost unto eternal damnation. [Revelation 20: 6,12,13,15 • Revelation 21:8]

Praise and Worship:
We believe in individual and collective praise and worship. All expressions of praise recorded in the old and New testaments are meant for practice in the church today. [Psalms 95:6)
